This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using, and disclosing the personal data of the User. The personal data of users of the website when registering on the Registration Form on the website, as well as during the use of the website by users, is received by the private entrepreneur $$Insert Entrepreneur's Name$$, the owner of the website.

11. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from relations between the User of the Website and the Website Administration, priority is given to resolving the dispute out of court by submitting a claim.

The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim informs the claimant in writing about the results of the claim consideration.

In case of failure to settle the dispute out of court, the parties may apply to the court in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
